Container Sizes
Pricing is dependant upon the size of container and length of rental. Container size dimensions are approximate and vary slightly by manufacturer, but the cubic yard volumes are as noted.
Our standard tipping fees includes sales tax, unlike most of our competitors who add it on at the end.
1. Customer is responsible for calling IROW when scheduled rental time is complete. Scheduled rental time was determined at time of order.
2. Customer is required to sign and return lawn waiver if container is placed on grass.
3. Customer will incur extra charges for items that are not allowed in container, as noted in the list below.
Items that can NOT be placed in dumpsters include:

Extra charges may be incurred for overloading of containers. Roofing projects are required to use a roll-off container.

A: Certain items within the waste stream are deemed hazardous such as liquid and medical waste. IROW understands the disposal restrictions and will work with you in locating available options.
