Recyclable Art Scholarship
2010 Winners

Nearly 40 high school juniors and seniors from Marathon, Portage, Wood and Taylor counties are busy creating art pieces out of empty aluminum cans, discarded cardboard, broken glass and other recyclable materials. The results of their work will be displayed in the fourth annual IROW Recyclable Art Scholarship Competition at the Wausau Center Mall April 29-May 1. The theme for this year’s contest is “New Ideas for Old Stuff.”

IROW was Central Wisconsin’s first area business to offer alternative waste disposal services to landfills when it was founded in 1989.
